The Windsor Optimist Youth Band invites applications for the poisiton of
Colour Guard Instructor
The duties and responsibilities involved in this part-time position include choreography, instruction, recruitment and supervision of rehearsals and performances for our colour guard.
The ideal candidate will have previous colour guard experience in a marching band or drum corps setting. All applicants must have a solid background in teaching flag and dance, musical knowledge; experience in choreography and the ability to work well in a team environment. The successful applicant must be able to work well with young people of varying ages and skill levels.
